Posting Guidelines

Who May Post a Job - HRP members or employers who have employment opportunities for HR professionals.

Required Information - All ads should contain a brief description of job duties and requirements, education and experience requirements, contact information (phone, fax, e-mail), geographic location, and salary range (if possible).

Length of Posting - All ads approved for posting on the site will be available for 30 days from date of posting.

  • Job postings are limited to no larger than one (1) 8 ½" x 11" page.
  • All postings must be in WORD, or plain text format.
  • Graphics/logos are limited to ne per ad.
  • Submitted ads should include company contact name and billing address.
  • Approved postings should appear on the site within five business days.


Cost - Nonmembers of HRP of Central PA pay a fee of $100 for each posting. A $50 fee is charged for HRP members.

Billing Process -Complete our online form and pay by credit card.

Approval - HRP of Central PA reserves the right to reject any ad that is determined to be inappropriate for our membership.
