Karen Young presents an engaging and interactive discussion around the key parameters of completing an investigation. Regardless of whether the HR Professional is looking into a complaint about a simple disagreement or completing a full investigation into an allegation of unlawful harassment, each investigation has key elements that should be followed and documented in an effort to assist in determining risk, the cost of said risk and making sound recommendations to their leadership team. Participants will come away with a better understanding of the importance of following a set plan which will organically provide the necessary documentation to minimize their organization’s risk while coming to a solid recommendation based upon the facts.
