In Human Resources, we make decisions each day that affect our Employees’ lives. But, how do we know if we are getting it right decision? And, how can data be leveraged when making complex decisions like employment and succession planning?
Through this program, we will explore the life cycle of an employee and what data is critical to helping them from their 1st day until their retirement. We will explore the power of psychometric surveys to help us see an employee’s individuality, how they are wired, how the right environment helps them find success, how stress gets in the way, and how we can coach them to their fullest potential. For this presentation the primary tool explored will be the Caliper profile.
This meeting has been approved for general recertification credits through HRCI and SHRM.
