CVS Health is a Fortune 4 company offering an array of products and services including retail pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services, and with the $78 billion acquisition of Aetna in late 2018, health insurance products and services. As part of the Aetna integration efforts and to align to the company’s new enterprise priorities they revamped their talent ratings and talent review practices. Katherine Frey will share how they approached this work, as well as the impact the pandemic had on their approach.

Katherine currently serves CVS Health as a Senior Talent Advisor in Talent Development. In this role, she is responsible for strategy, process, and consulting of enterprise talent practices such as talent mobility, succession planning and talent reviews, as well as talent development for executives, including leading the company’s external executive coaching practice and onboarding for executives. Katherine joined CVS Health with the Aetna acquisition, where she worked in Human Resources for Aetna and Coventry Health Care since 2003.
