Lois Bradley is the President and Founder of The Bradley Partnerships (TBP), a human resource consulting firm based in Pittsburgh, PA for the past 19 years. She brings 30 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies in every industry segment along with the federal government agencies. Her passion for developing leaders by providing coaching and training has positively transformed organizations and their leaders. Lois is a certified ACC professional coach and an organizational culture change agent.  She and her team provide diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) training programs and strategic initiatives. Lois holds a Bachelor’s degree in the Management of Human Resources from Roberts Wesleyan College, attended the MBA Executive Development Program at the Simon School of Business of the University of Rochester and attended the APPA Leadership Development Program at Notre Dame. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is a graduate of Duquesne University’s Professional Coach Certification Program. Lois authored the book “Great Leaders are Remembered; 52 Weeks of Leadership Lessons” and is a recipient of numerous professional awards.
