Jim is a member of Conrad Siegel’s health and welfare group providing benefit plan consulting to private sector employers and other tax-exempt organizations. Jim brings a spectrum of expertise to employers to help them solve their most complex healthcare challenges: actuarial expertise to help clients with the financial components of their health plan; benefit expertise to assist them with their employee health plan offerings; and compliance expertise to keep them from reading hundreds of pages of IRS rules and guidance. Scott Gehman, ERPA, CEBS, Retirement Plan Consultant

Scott specializes in retirement plan design, consulting, and administrative services for 401(k)s, profit sharing plans, and ESOPs for many different organizations. Scott also studies retirement plan fiduciary topics and is a writer and educator for advisors and clients in this area. He is an investment adviser representative with specialties in the manufacturing, construction, and transportation industries. Scott has served in both retirement plan and investment areas, and across many different types and sizes of retirement plans giving him a holistic view of the retirement plan practice from the bottom up.
