Organizations are competing for talent; it is time to step up the game and get real! When a candidate asks, "why should I work for your organization,” are you prepared to respond? Compensation and benefits are important; but what makes your organization unique and stand out to candidates while keeping top talent? During this session, we will get real by asking tough questions so you can be prepared to answer candidates confidently and win the war for talent!
