Meet the Presenters:

Mike Murtha

Mr. Murtha, Executive Vice President of JFC Global, has over 35 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry working with international, national, and local firms. Over the past 16 years he has been responsible for the JFC Global company, which specializes in IT, Engineering and Accounting related fields. Over the years he has built a highly successful business placing skilled professionals in Direct Hire and long-term contract positions. Under his leadership he has developed a seasoned team of veteran recruiters that have successfully placed thousands of professionals in key positions at companies throughout the Central PA market. He has built the JFC Global company to record levels and has helped them earn numerous awards such as one of the Fastest Growing Companies, Best Places to Work and Harrisburg’s Simply the Best, to name a few. He brings a unique perspective to the professional recruiting field, and his interaction with a wide variety of business leaders makes him able to share what companies are looking for from a talent perspective as well as the cares and concerns of the current candidate pool.

Lindsay Hoke

When joining the JFC Workforce team in 2016, Lindsay learned the recruiting business from the ground up, recruiting and doing sales firsthand as a Branch Manager. Through the years, she was promoted from that role into Director of Recruitment due to her success in leading and developing teams as well as providing positive experiences for our internal and external customers. Currently, Lindsay supports the sales and recruiting teams within JFC Workforce as their Vice President. JFC Workforce consists of two specialized recruitment teams focused on Office Professional and Light Industrial opportunities. We have a strong focus on long-term career opportunities including both Direct Hire and Contract-to-Hire positions as well as some temporary positions. Having grown up in and worked solely in Central PA, she has a true passion for our local market and is grateful for the opportunity to continue to add value and support to other businesses and leaders within our region through her position with JFC Workforce.
