Meeting Overview:
Developing and maintaining strategies for healthy employee engagement has never been easy. Disruptions from the recent pandemic as well as increases in remote and hybrid work environments have left employers scrambling more than ever. Learn more about how companies can use the right combination of internal communication, leadership, workplace culture and more to positively influence employee trust, loyalty, productivity, satisfaction and engagement.
Meet the Presenter:

Nance McCown (Ph.D., University of Maryland) is a professor of communication and public relations at Messiah University. Her research focuses on various aspects of internal communication and employee engagement. She has presented at numerous conferences, garnering several top paper awards from the PRSA Educators Academy. She has also published multiple journal articles and book chapters and is the lead editor for Internal Communication and Employee Engagement: A Case Study Approach (Routledge, 2023). McCown received both the Messiah University Robert & Marilyn Smith Outstanding Teaching Award and the PPRS Ernest R. McDowell Award for Excellence in Public Relations.
