Session Overview:

The dynamic team of Una Martone, President & CEO of Leadership Harrisburg Area and Joe Robinson, Executive Director of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Leadership Development Institute, have combined decades of experience in community advocacy, leadership development, and training and are applying it towards a one-of-a-kind learning experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. A standard DEI framework is made new through interactive dialogue reinforced with data driven content. The curriculum concludes with focus on a continuum of learning where participants are given key action items that will help navigate a DEI journey from the fear zone, to the learning zone, and finally the growth zone.
