Description:Please join Capital Blue Cross's HR Broadcast where they’ll define what a caregiver is, highlight the unique challenges of caregivers, and share caregiver demographics. They will also discuss programs and initiatives employees can adapt to support employee caregivers (remote and flexible work schedules, administrative leave, etc.). Participants will hear from a representative from M&S EAP who will share services offered by employee assistance programs (counseling, support, other resources), who is eligible, and their emphasis on confidentiality.
