Join us for an engaging workshop on the power of civility in the workplace. As professionals, we often prioritize the well-being of others, sometimes at the expense of our own. Workplace incivility is a common issue that is frequently discussed but rarely addressed. This workshop will provide a proactive overview and foster open dialogue between witnesses and targets of incivility. We will explore resilience factors and strategies to combat toxic work environments that any professional might encounter. Participants will learn about the impact of incivility on individuals, performance, and organizational functionality. Most importantly, we will review research and insights from other professionals on how to address and protect oneself in the workplace. Come and discover how to create a more respectful and supportive work environment!
