Summary of Presentation:

This one-hour Q&A-style session will provide HR professionals with strategic insights and practical guidance on navigating the complex landscape of employee benefits. The discussion will explore key factors in selecting benefits packages, cost-saving strategies, emerging trends, compliance considerations, and the role of technology in benefits administration. By addressing a mix of general and strategic questions, the session will equip HR professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed decisions and optimize their benefits offerings to attract and retain top talent.

To receive SHRM and/or HRCI credits for virtual meetings, attendees must be logged in no later than 5 minutes after the start and remain for the entire session, with no more than a 5-minute early departure. Attendance certificates will only be issued to those meeting these requirements.

About the Speakers:

Gretchen Day


Gretchen leads our DiscoverHealth® department in the Employee Benefits division of the Harrisburg office. She provides support to client’s in their cost containment, population health management and wellbeing initiatives. Gretchen believes that employers hold the key to improving healthcare and the health of their employees and is passionate about bringing forth solutions to enhance the overall health and wellbeing of employees. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Delaware and a Master of Public Health degree from Pennsylvania State University with a focus in Health Systems Organization and Policy. Gretchen is certified as a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and holds a Pennsylvania Insurance Producer License for Life, Accident and Health, as well as, a certification in Critical Outcomes Report Analysis from the Intel / GE Care Innovations Validation Institute. Gretchen joined the AIA team in 2014.


Tina Wilt


Tina Wilt, GBA is a Senior Consultant specializing in Advanced Healthcare Strategies. With over 25 years of experience in managing employee benefit plans, Tina brings extensive knowledge in health plan design, finance, compliance, and administration to her role. Recently, Tina was a key figure in creating Central PA’s first Community Owned Health Plan (COHP) and has emerged as a leader in the alternative health plan movement. Utilizing Health Rosetta principles and a playbook of locally proven cost-saving strategies, Tina optimizes health plan savings and maximizes benefit value for her clients. Tina is a Health Rosetta Certified Charter Advisor, holds a PA health and life insurance license, and has a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation from the International Foundation of
Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). She resides in East Berlin, PA with her husband Jim and is an active member of Christian Life Assembly in Camp Hill, PA.
