Topic: Leading Organizational Change: The Strategic Role of HR
Join us for an engaging and interactive session designed to equip HR professionals with the tools and frameworks needed to successfully lead organizational change.
This session introduces the foundational principles of the Prosci methodology, including the 7 Best Practices, ADKAR Model, and 3-Phase Process. Attendees will explore how these frameworks come to life in real HR scenarios—supporting everything from stakeholder engagement and communication planning to training and reinforcement strategies.
Participants will take part in a hands-on, table group activity using a realistic scenario focused on transitioning to a new HR platform (e.g., SAP to Workday). Each group will focus on a specific phase of change—preparing, managing, or sustaining—to apply concepts and develop actionable strategies.
What You’ll Gain:
· A clear understanding of Prosci’s change management frameworks (7 Best Practices, ADKAR, and 3-Phase Process)
· Insight into HR’s strategic role in driving successful change initiatives
· Practical experience diagnosing risks and planning change activities in a simulated environment
· Tools and reinforcement strategies you can immediately apply in your organization
This session is ideal for HR professionals and people leaders looking to strengthen their ability to lead through change with confidence and impact.
