Jessica Schneck from M&S EAP will be leading you through a program that empowers you to train supervisors to effectively and confidently support employee mental health in the workplace. In just 60 minutes, you will learn how to deliver a practical, 60–90 minute supervisor training using a simple, repeatable framework that focuses on recognizing signs of distress, starting supportive conversations, and connecting employees to appropriate resources.
This train-the-trainer program aims to build clarity and confidence so HR professionals and supervisors feel prepared to have meaningful, non-clinical conversations.
By attending this session, you’re doing double duty. You will strengthen your own ability to support employee mental health while also learning how to teach supervisors to do the same. This dual focus ensures the impact of the training extends beyond HR and into everyday leadership interactions across your organization.
You will leave with a complete, ready-to-use toolkit, including a supervisor-facing PowerPoint training deck that can be easily customized with your organization’s branding, messaging, and resources. In addition, you will receive supporting materials such as facilitation guides, conversation scripts, cheat sheets, and supervisor handouts - everything needed to deliver an engaging and effective training experience.
This session makes it easy for HR to move from intention to action, empowering supervisors with the skills and confidence to support employee mental health in real moments that matter.
