Diagnose, Deliberate, Decide: A Leader's Guide to Handling Workplace Complaints
When workplace issues surface, leaders face a critical question: Is this smoke—or is this fire? The answer determines everything: whether to intervene or observe, escalate or de-escalate, act swiftly or gather more information. Get it wrong, and you either ignore a real problem until it becomes a lawsuit, or you overreact to normal friction and create the very crisis you feared. This session equips leaders with a diagnostic framework for unpacking workplace situations with discernment, compassion, wisdom, and shrewdness. We focus on HOW TO THINK through complex situations—the upfront process of investigation and assessment that must happen before any response.
