Session Overview:
Motor vehicle accidents are a significant exposure for any company. From trucks to incidental use of employee vehicles, corporate exposure is a potential in any accident. In today's litigious society, companies need a transportation program that is defensible. This includes the following:
- Training to minimize the risk of a vehicular accident;
- Policies that reduce exposure to the driver and the company in the event of an accident;
- Procedures that convey expectations and policies without creating exposure;
- Manuals that are effective, but not fodder for plaintiff attorneys.
This presentation with encompass the companies protection by reducing risk and exposure.
The risk of vehicle lawsuits is seen one attorney billboard at at time. You must reduce that exposure by minimizing the risk of accidents and legal exposure by effective training, proper policies, and documentation that conveys procedures.
