Topic: Clear Leaders. Unified Teams. Healthy Organizations.

During the busy holiday season and the start of a new year, it's easy to move from one responsibility to the next without pausing to consider what matters most. This session provides space to reflect on your personal values, examine how they align with your organization's mission and direction, and explore how greater clarity can strengthen your influence and leadership. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of where they want to go, an honest assessment of where they are today, and practical insights for bridging the gap between the two. When leaders create clarity, teams experience unity, and unity is the foundation of organizational health.

At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:

  • Reflect on personal and professional purpose & values
  • Align personal values and organizational values
  • Understand our impact and influence on others
  • Develop self-awareness and self-care as the foundation for leadership of others
