General Sessions will include:
  • A Human Resource Public Policy Outlook hosted by SHRM’s Michael Aitken, Director of Government Affairs,
  • “Concerted Activity” under the National Labor Relations Act and Recent Issues Every Employer Should Know About hosted by Robert Toy, Employment Litigation Attorney with Post & Schell, and
  • Shaping Human Resource Public Policy hosted by SHRM’s David Lusk, Senior Associate for Member Advocacy.
Breakout sessions will be hosted by various industry professionals and will include three separate legal tracks: Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment Compensation and Employee Benefits. Presentations will include:
