Presenter James P. Pyne, Actuarial Analyst, works with private sector employers, school district trusts, and other tax-exempt organizations.  Jim has special expertise in consulting with and preparing employers for the impact of healthcare reform.  He joined Conrad Siegel Actuaries in 2006 and is a member of the firm's Health and Welfare Compliance Committee.  Jim has a B.S. degree in mathematics, cum laude from Villanova University.

In early 2016, employers and insurers are required to complete government form filings with respect to the individual mandate (Section 6055 reporting) and the large group employer mandate (Section 6056 reporting).  Participants will learn how to effectively comply with IRC Section 6055 & 6056 Reporting requirements as mandated by the ACA, understand the reporting requirements and confidently communicate the regulatory requirements and the company's compliance efforts, with strategic business partners.

This program has been approved by SHRM and HRCI for 1.5 General credits.
