Presenter, Dr. Laura Poluka Lebanon Valley College Corporate Faculty, is a seasoned business professional with over 25 years' experience managing a training department for a Fortune 500 company and has a personal passion for helping people within organizations endorsing their true potential thru coaching and development.  Laura completed a Master's degree from Villanova University in Human Resource Management and her doctoral studies at the University of Phoenix in Organizational Leadership and Management.  She is a business partner in an organization called GreeneHouse Productions.  Her areas of expertise are:  Organizational Behavior, Training and Development, HR Management and Leadership.

In this presentation, participants will learn how creating an effective team has rewards.  A cohesive team is one of the competitive advantages available to any organization looking for a powerful point of differentiation.  This impactful session will teach us what constitutes the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, how to create a functional team, areas that constitute the DiSC personality assessment, and how to build on your current team dynamics using concepts from the DiSC profile.

This program has been approved by HRCI for 2.0 General recertification credit hours and by SHRM for 2.0 Professional Development Credits.
