Marcellus C. Taylor, M.Ed., will be reviewin cutting edge technologies in training and development at our April chapter meeting.  Marcellus is the President of Krimson Works LLC, and serves as Assistant Director of Student Activities & Fraternity/Sorority Life at Penn State University Harrisburg.  He is a graduate of the Penn State Master of Education in Training and Development program and a doctoral student in Training at IUP.
