Debbie will describe and define the various ways an employer is able to locate and connect with prospective employees on the Internet.  Each connection provides unique opportunities and has varying degrees of success for different job titles, depending on the goals and objectives of the campaign.  Attendees will learn how to create cost effective marketing plans by completing exercise relevant to their particular job openings in addition to learning from case studies of local employers who have had success with these programs.  They will learn how to track their results and be able to determine their Cost per Hire by job title and campaign.  They will know how to track and trend the efficiencies created by executing these strategies.

 This program has been approved by HRCI and SHRM for 1.5 General recertification credit hours.
