Whether you are part of a team with the CEO, Board President, janitor, another associate or other leaders, we all need to understand how to work together to solve problems, communicate and get results. This session will pair the key elements of developing effective teams with the DiSC behavioral styles. You will learn the 5 key behaviors that make any team successful and discover how understanding people will help you uncover keys to successful team development.  You will also be able to use this valuable information as you relate to others in your organization. 

Presented by Dr. Anette Cremo:

Annette Cremo is an education, training and human resource development consultant and executive coach. In this capacity, she designs, develops and delivers programs to meet the diverse needs of organizations in the private and public sector. For the past 20years, she taught a graduate course in Training/Presentation Skills for the Pennsylvania State University that she developed. Her areas of expertise include program development and administration, instructional development, designing and conducting training, and assessing the needs of organizations in the private and public sector. She holds certification for the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator, DSC, EBW Emotional Intelligence Assessments and CCL 360 Assessments. Dr. Cremo is also a certified Master Trainer Negotiation By Design.
