Global is Local: Global and Cultural Effectiveness

Many organizations are proactively attempting to increase the diversity of their workforce, and the workforce is becoming increasingly global.  In this ever changing organizational climate, HR professionals must be able to effectively and respectfully interact with colleagues, customers, clients, vendors, and multiple generations of varying backgrounds and cultures.
